You can keep using Play exactly as now until August 31, 2026. Subscription fees will no longer be charged.

Data backup From August 3, we provide an export feature to download your projects and generated results in bulk. Be sure to download by August 31. After the closure, data will be securely destroyed under applicable law and cannot be recovered.

Refunds Processed automatically under the policy below; no separate request is required.

• Annual subscription: the amount for the remaining period is refunded to your payment method.
• Add-on credits: the unused balance of purchases made on or after June 1, 2026 is refunded.
• Free bonus and sign-up credits are excluded from refunds.
• Timing: early September; an individual email notice is sent upon completion.

Refunds Credit refunds follow the same basis as Play. Enterprise (contract) customers will be guided separately by their account manager.

Real-Time Voice Changer

Shift

The current Shift app will close on August 31, 2026, but you can keep using it through a separate final-version app.

Permanent-purchase voices Customers who already purchased them can continue to use them. A final update will be provided in mid-August, with download guidance via in-app notice and email. We recommend installing before August 31. Depending on licensing, some voices may be replaced with similar voices of equivalent quality.

Subscription Subscriptions will not renew after today and end automatically when the current billing period ends. No further charges will occur.

Clear·Air

New sales have ended on both the official website and through resellers.

• Clear and Air you have already purchased remain usable after operations end.
• A final update (v1.2) will be released in mid-August. After updating, you can use them through your license without an internet connection or device-registration limits. We recommend installing before August 31.
• After August 31, technical support and further updates will no longer be provided.

Custom voice embeddings

Voice Builder

Until August 31, 2026, you can log in to the Voice Builder site and re-download the voice embeddings you previously purchased.

After August 31, 2026, access to the Voice Builder site and its download feature will end.

New purchases New voice purchases and payments will stop from July 15, 2026. Voices you have already purchased are not affected.

Purchased embeddings Voice embeddings you have already downloaded remain usable after the service ends. If you have not downloaded them yet, please log in to the Voice Builder site and back up your purchased embeddings before August 31.
